The meeting was held in the spirit of bringing science and business closer together, with the research complex in block 29 opening its doors especially for the women of the Forum.
The meeting introduced the work of the National Centre of Excellence in Mechatronics and Clean Technologies and the Centre’s key research areas, including developments in batteries for storing energy from renewable sources, innovations in catalytic technologies for air purification systems, and modern solutions in LED lighting systems.
A particular highlight of the programme was the presentation by the Institute of General and Inorganic Chemistry at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, which demonstrated its scientifically developed, high-quality cosmetics. The products are made from clean materials and active natural ingredients.
The event is a further step towards more productive cooperation between science and business.
