What we collect and why
Contact form. When you write to us through the contact form we process your name, email address and the content of your message. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in replying (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (f)). We keep these messages for up to 12 months, then delete them.
Newsletter. If you subscribe, we process your email address on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every newsletter. We keep the data until you unsubscribe.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, request time) for security and diagnostics.
Who has access
Hosting is provided by SuperHosting.BG on servers within the European Union. The newsletter is run through Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., USA). Transfers to the United States rely on Intuit’s certification under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
Cookies
This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies and does not track visitors. Only technical cookies required for the site to function and for page caching are used.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at office@cemct.eu.
