Divna Shumanova Expert, Administrative Activities
Divna Shumanova joined the project to establish the National Centre of Excellence “Mechatronics and Clean Technologies” – Lozenets campus at its launch in 2019. She is a graduate of the American College of Sofia and holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Physics from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.
Experience
She completed a specialisation in Economics and Management for the Public Sector. She has many years of experience working on projects involving European funding – FP7, Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe.
Divna Shumanova at the National Centre of Excellence
Divna Shumanova is a member of the team of the National Centre of Excellence “Mechatronics and Clean Technologies”. The full team is presented on the Professional Team and Management Board pages. Enquiries to individual team members are therefore directed via Contacts.
The Centre brings together 18 organisations — institutes of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (BAS) and five universities — and operates on three campuses in Sofia. In addition, its activities are funded under the Programme “Research, Innovation and Digitalisation for Smart Transformation” 2021–2027.
